Salt Bistro is also the home of the Vermont Catering Company, equipped to host events of 50 guests or less in-house, or larger offsite events of any party size. The Vermont Catering Company is always prepared to accommodate special menu requests and to serve events ranging from family-style buffets to fine-dining plated meals for parties of any size.
