Jane's career spans 25 years in the corporate and entrepreneurial space.  For the last 15 years, she has launched and successfully expanded three small businesses, including a franchise that won "Franchise of The Year" and other awards.

• Monthly Bookkeeping - ensure accurate and up-to-date books by categorizing all transactions, reconciling monthly bank, credit card, and loan accounts.
• Year-End Close - perform year-end closing tasks and journal entries so the company file is tax return ready.

• Vendor 1099s - process annual 1099s, creation and distribution.

• Streamline Processes for Efficiency - review company operations for opportunities for efficiency using a variety of tools.
• Exit Plans - Position business finances to sell or merge and operational assistance with those processes.
